Neither related to German American guy Koch that married Dorothy Bush, daughter of HW Bush.

Even if they're related, it's irrelevant, it doesn't make any difference.  SARS-COV-2 having not fulfilled Koch's postulate means this COVID thing is  hoax from the gitgo.
