The video content is controversial but high stakes if any portion proves to be true. Perhaps there's Covid-19 virus, there are other respiratory illnesses, and then graphene oxide in some areas for certain responses and optics. I don't believe this is a one-size-fits-all biowarfare effort. I believe they are utlizing multiple measures.
