My husband’s brother Danny, who died on June 2, would’ve loved that meme. He used to quote the Patton movie in a Patton-George C. Scott-esque voice. He would tell me I was his favorite sister-in-law (I am the only SIL!) ‘cause I was the only astute woman he could discuss politics with. 💗😢💗
thanks for #904. I spoke at Bud Newingham’s funeral (about 98 years old) within the last year. He fought with Patton at the Bulge. Great quote. I’ll pass it on to his son...who I am good friends with.
