Just read it. Author needs to buck up a bit. IMHO he is wrong about half the country supporting Bitem; very wrong. Also that all generals in the mil will likely “go one way” meaning Bitem. He sounds quite pessimistic. But otherwise useful thoughts.
Summary: No legal path or precedent.
My thought: If Trump actually won in a landslide, as I believe, the People will make things so difficult for the usurpers that they will walk away.
