It suddenly happened because one powerful person saw an opportunity to gain greater power. They already had a limited police force at their command; by acting quickly in a politically permissive atmosphere they saw the opportunity to grievously expand their power.
Perhaps constitutional arguments could have been made about the establishment of the original police enforcement arm but it was used in limited ways, to protect one small portion of federal property. There were no prosecutions of arrests, which were mostly disorderly conduct - no trials or judges except through normal channels.
Then something extraordinary happened, a Kristallnacht so to speak. Citizens feeling disenfranchised of their power to vote descended on the U.S. Capitol. Along with them some rabble rousers; but things remained mostly peaceful, generally non-violent.
Now our greedy power hungry 'police chief/commissioner' made their move. They labeled the public demonstration an armed insurrectiom and stated that govt servants were killed. They had a high razor wire fence erected around the Capitol and National Guard troops patrolling 24/7.
As media reports began to wash down many of the more extreme claims of violence, our police chief/commissioner quickly proposed a commission to study the matter. Ironically, the final report was already written - confirming that it was a violent armed insurrection incited by a known political opponent; but our schemer set up the commission as 'bi-partisan' and included some disenchanted members of the opposition party.
So who is this schemer and why has their police force become the secret police? FReepers probably already recognize the fingerprints of Nazi Pelosi. What they might not have realized is that the House Speaker is expanding her Capitol police force into some of the states; Florida and California were identified.
This is, of course, unconstitutional. The Capitol Police have no jurisdiction outside Capitol grounds; certainly not in Florida. But it is necessary, you see, because trouble makers must be identified before they can make trouble like the armed insurrection that happened on Kristallnacht. In 1923 the German Nazi Party set up a small guard unit named the Saal-Schutz to provide security. An official security or enforcement organ is the perfect platform on which to launch a powerful political force. The Saal-Schutz (Hall Security) grew over time to become the SS, Schutzstaffel: 'Protection Squadron'. Their power was unlimited, extending to intelligence and counter intelligence, military, concentration camps and various other 'protections'.
Is history repeating itself?
FWIW, Whistleblower @JohnHereToHelp, real name Dr. McGreevey, said that the shooter was the head of Nancy's personal secret security team made up of ABC agency types who enjoyed special status.
THe Whistleblower said the shooter resembled the Capital policeman, but the hairline is different. He said he wore a bracelet like Nancy Pelosi's 'bullet bracelet'. I believe, based on hairline, that the shooter is on the left, with the bracelet, and the capital policeman is on the right and the Deep State doesn't want the policeman to live to tell the tale. They want to use the Capital policeman to take the fall for Nancy's lead 'security' guy. I think it's ironic there was a rumor that the shooter was the head of Mike Pence's security detail - nothing sticks to Nancy Pelosi. NOTHING.
