A Roman Catholic priest whose videos went viral (see below) has been removed as pastor.

Hopefully, he now realizes that there is no man-made authority that has controls what he preaches. He may be out of a "job" and no longer get paid by his former employer, but his voice and what comes out of that voice is only dictated by One Authority - and you ain't it, Mr. Bishop. Whether it be from the catholic camp or protestant, Jesus Christ never, never said there should be a pseudo-government hierarchy that controls His Church. As a pastor friend once said, "Jesus demonstrated the intended hierarchy of The Church in The Upper Room when he got down on His knees and washed the feet of all the disciples. We are to serve one another." That's it. No bishop, no cardinal, no district superintendent - none of that. Th Church is no place for program management and no pseudo-government.

Yet Christ selected twelve from among His followers to be especially close to Him. They, the twelve special followers, saw things no other followers saw, and were personally visited by the Risen Lord —and the Holly Spirit. They were uniquely empowered to do miracles In His name. They were also to lead us as servants. As He did.

It’s not a man-made authority. Not all Christ’s followers are equally empowered, then or now. Christ Himself set it up that way.
