Andrew announced what he called "Matilda's Law,” named for (who else?) his mother.

So now Andy can claim that he killed all of those old people in NYS because of his mother. Or maybe he used the pandemic to fulfill some fantasy about getting back at his mother.

And his daughter claims to have been pansexual for a while. I have never met anybody who has sex with pans, or uses pans while having sex. But then again I have never met a Cuomo or a Kennedy in person, so I am no expert.
