OK. So each of the 5 states in question waited to see what vote totals the foreign actors created on election night and then went out and manufactured fake ballots to match the fake vote totals.

Perhaps your purposed mischaracterization says more than you thought. The Ballots to fill in the gaps were printed weeks, perhaps months in advance and stored for use the day after election day. You noticed that five states specifically in the battleground group suspended their counting alm,ost simultaneously, then the prepared ballot drops occurred and the fraudulent ballots mixed with the lagitimate ballots. That was but one stage of the fraud. You are really such an enemy of the truth I shall not bother to refute your deceptions further.

The military is the prime mover. Not any branch of government.
