Perhaps your purposed mischaracterization says more than you thought. The Ballots to fill in the gaps were printed weeks, perhaps months in advance and stored for use the day after election day. You noticed that five states specifically in the battleground group suspended their counting alm,ost simultaneously, then the prepared ballot drops occurred and the fraudulent ballots mixed with the lagitimate ballots.
