Ok.. I'm going to do my best and describe what Mr Diz is saying.

Mr. Dez is claiming to be the "Trump card" and has secret information on mineral deposits throughout the world. He also claims to be the "god source" to these elements in these mountains. He is still on twitter calling for war by asking us to message political leaders.

The message is a number of Google map locations that are fun to look at. With these minerals I think he is saying we will end list of diseases he uses his fingers to count and end a few government programs that are no good. Then with this money from the minerals he can simply buy out all the big tech companies. Then we can watch these daemons (big tech daemons) take their true form (10:00 the most classic expression of "what the hell did I just say?" moment)
The very last word he again says, "war"
