Ad nauseam. I don’t know why he even gets out of bed in the morning if things are so hopeless. Sounds like my BIL and his son. I've told them there should be a penalty for that attitude when Trump returns and people are being led off to prison.

We don’t even have TV. But I think part of the problem is that my DH doesn’t use ad blockers. Says they play havoc with some of the programs he uses. I couldn’t live with a non-adblocked computer. In addition to the ads, he gets a barrage of unsolicited MSM news headlines, and then clicks on the stories. He doesn’t believe the spin, but they do provide ample fuel for his negativity. Between that and eating too much sugar and junk snack food, he is just a regular Mr. Eeyore.... :(
