Basically he compare many Q drops to parts of the Law of War (Law of Armed Combat?). He says this particular LOW was written in 2015 (?) and he think the mil team that wrote it are the same as Q.
I watched one of his shorter vids. What he is doing is a Q proof, and I think he is really on to something, but I don’t need any more proof of Q. His exercise is interesting, but I don’t see it getting to a timing decision, which is my interest.
