IMHO, someone arrested, tried, convicted and punished by death, by definition won't be seen or heard from. Again. Evah.
There has been quite a bit of anon research and dissemination regarding BidAn's facial differences, ear lobes, and the like. YMMV.

Everything needs to be public. Q did say 60/40; 60% of their crimes would be too horrific for the public to know. So not all. But he talked about the first indictment, first arrest, how these would affect the public.
