Not really. They congregate in areas with space. Walmart
has lots of space, some lighting, etc so it’s a spot to go.
"If you're on a road trip and can't pay for a motel, park at Walmart and sleep in your car. They won't kick you out."
I don't see the downside to that policy. /s
Since Covid our Walmarts have been closing at night. They all have huge parking lots so the street racers congregate there at all hours. We had a brawl in the middle of the night at one of ours a few months back.
