Attorney Sidney Powell has discussed what she believes are the potential steps in the event of it being proven the election was stolen.
During an interview on Lindell TV with conservative “Frank” host Brannon Howse, Powell said:
“I think it’s certainly important for people to understand what happened here, and the more information we can get about that, the better,” Powell said.
“It’s particularly important for our state legislators to understand it because they have the power to recall the electors for fraud,” she said.
Powell explained:
“Fraud officiates or disposes of everything—undoes everything that wrongfully happens as a result of that fraud.”
In March, Powell claimed there was ‘more than enough’ evidence to reverse the election in at least five states.
Powell seems to suggest the state legislators have the power to undo the election if fraud is proven.
Sidney Powell (6/25) suggests that the election can be overturned by recalling electors for fraud.
Sidney Powell said at the time:
“There’s all kind of precedent for fixing what happened in this election from Bush vs. Gore to other cases as well… Fractionalized votes.”
In January, Dominion Voting Systems filed a lawsuit against Powell for $1.3 billion
“That’s exactly what we have here from a computer algorithm that we can prove in multiple counties, and it could prove across the country if anybody would issue an order allowing inspection of the machines,” Powell said.
Earlier this month, New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman said Donald Trump was telling those close to him he will be reinstated by August.
Haberman tweeted the information and added, “that isn’t how it works.”
“Trump has been telling a number of people he’s in contact with that he expects he will be reinstated by August,” adding “(no that isn’t how it works but simply sharing the information).”
In January, Dominion Voting Systems filed a lawsuit against Powell for $1.3 billion, accusing her of defaming the company with claims of massive voter fraud in the 2020 election.
Dominion Voting Systems wouldn’t have filed a lawsuit against Powell unless she is on to something.
