There should be a nation wide cop strike for a month. Let the citizenry take out the trash.

I think the Left has one or more "general strikes" on the table. Can't remember details. To protest something good.

A mind game:

If a truly effective general law enforcement strike happened (I know, it can't and wouldn't be 100%). Just IF it happened: Fellow A could track down his old enemies such as his sadistic former boss, and the person who cheated him out half his life savings, and kill them. Someone could say "watch out, Fellow A, police will arrest you for that---but there are no police, remember. You are free. Free for the first time in your life.
