In the post by bity, it mentions “FORM 1522”; what’s it used for (if there is one)?

Could that be what the Treasury Dept is referring to, when they say that people attempting to cash in the ‘bonds’ will be prosecuted?

That scheme sounds like a setup, something that the govt would do, in order to entrap people (similar to the Irwin Schiff income tax ploy and the Jack and Margy Flynn “state citizen” angle).
