Inciweb - wildfire map and info. Zoom in to see fires.
I assume Lava Fire being referred to, more info at link. This is from yesterday morning, maybe more evacuations happening now. There aren’t any other big fires in that area.
CalFire has info on wildfires in CA but Lava fire is not listed.

CalFire Twtter is a good place to quickly check CA fires:

AN EVACUATION WARNING HAS BEEN ISSUED DUE TO WILDFIRE FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS ALONG STATE ROUTE 97, NORTH OF WEED, CA: ANGEL VALLEY ROAD, CARRICK ADDITION, AND SOLUS DRIVE BE PREPARED TO EVACUATE IF REQUESTED
Recent lightning across northern California caused four confirmed fires on the U.S. Forest Service - Shasta-Trinity National Forest. Crews got on it fast, and only one fire is still showing activity today. The #LaveFire is burning in rough, rocky terrain 3.5 miles northeast of Weed, California, and 4.5 miles southeast of Lake Shastina. The fire is burning in brush and second growth timber and is visible from Hwy’s 97 and I-5. Resources including ground crews and aircraft are on scene.
CalFire twtter is a good place to check but for some reason the url is about 1/2 mile long but easy to find with a search.
