Cake slide..

I haven’t made one yet either. There’s a “flour” I buy, King Arthur’s Gluten Free? On the back is a terrific brownie recipe. My husband can’t tell the difference. But in my opinion, anything gf next day is off. Wheat has a kind of lasting power.

Actually (other than my chocolate chips just now) I’m trying to change my diet. Swimming in chlorine trumps iodine, which is necessary for a healthy thyroid. Since I have Hashimoto’s, swimming will mess with my body and my meds. So, how to overcome all that because I love to swim!

Fruits, veggies, meat, apple cider vinegar, some kelp or a drop of iodine.

If you own the pool there are alternatives to chlorine.
They are healthier for you anyway.
You can look into using salt and copper and I think there are others.
