I grow catnip and a few other herbs and make tinctures. Catnip extract is very good for a lot of things, a helpful but mild sedative among other uses.
Seconded. Catnip tea is a very effective mild sedative for humans. It's so easy to grow and reseeds itself readily.
Me too, I have 2 cats. They eat and sleep in the house and do everything else outside, yay cats. I didn’t name them though - my son’s little black cat is a stealthy huntress, Ravioli. My daughter named the 20lb tom cat who never misses a meal, Mr. Dibblesworth, Dib for short.
