Cooperating witness?

I would think she could be a cooperating witness because her arrest and prosecution began on Trump’s watch and she has so much info on so many.

I would wonder if the DS was able to bump the white hats off the case or intimidate the judge. But I’m thinking she named names and is cooperating.
