I did notice that sending invites and such Telegram still offers to send my phone number. I carefully uncheck that each time…
I also noticed while getting the App that a related popular App seems to be one that you can pay a few bucks for a burner phone number that can be used as the phone number to register things like Telegram with.
I didn’t bother. I’ve made enough trouble and had long ago directed enough
