Thanks, #1. Since that is a channel as opposed to a group, it seems I can
add channel posting rights only by making individuals admins and giving
them, say “posting” and “add subscriber” rights, so I’m doing that.
With some clues, I also made a FreeRepubliq “Group” where all in it can chat.
I’ll add any that message me in Telegram to them.

As I figure this out, it looks like the “Channel” will be useful for posting Memes and links to the world, while the “Group” can do the same and
chat with each other.
