There was no precedent for VP Pence to cede America to China, but he set the precedent.
There are disagreements among constitutional scholars as to the constituionality of Jan 6 options which I don’t see repeating here as neither are such scholars. So I wills say the ‘science is not settled’.
But the spirit of our laws and Constitution was never to rubber stamp obvious election theft by our enemies, and that is what Pence defended, and still defends as his right to do. None of that ‘defend and protect from all enemies foreign and domestic’ for him.

I completely forgot that whistleblower Dr. McGreevey (@JohnHereToHelp) has said that Pelosi and Pence worked together to orchestrate and manage what they hoped would be a Jan 6 ‘massacre’. They wanted blood. Lots of it.
The whistleblower said Nancy’s own guard, formed of ABC agency goons, and other operatives were the only ones in the corridor with Ashly Babbit (she was alone among wolves). They went and found her on the capital grounds and encouraged her, asked her to come to the second floor. He said she had no idea she was being used and that they waited to confirm her, and texted/phoned to confirm she was the designated ‘kill’ before they killed her.
He said the FBI ‘swooped’ all communications that day, capturing comms by Mike Pence and Nancy Pelosi and all others involved and from that moment, took control of everything they said and did. I think this explains the presence of the woman security person who instructed Nancy not to talk to anyone, and Nancy’s humble compliance.
This means Pence is quite the piece of work. That massacre was planned in advance. He went and played his role as if he were too noble for normies, and then participated in the framing and preparation for a massacre - they wanted many deaths. The whistleblower said Trump ruined their plans by asking everyone to rapidly disperse.
I consider the FBI the home office of the CIA. From that point forward, Nancy and Pence and all conspirators are their property to direct as they wish.
Pence betrayed the US on his own well enough, but after the CIA had his comms planning, coordinating Jan 6 massacre, he is now a humble servant of the CIA.
Even if that whistleblower is incorrect, we have Pence supporting the fake election. He never said it was stolen. He rubber stamped election theft knowing Biden was China’s puppet. He attended the puppet’s inauguration and continues to support the fake election as if it is real. Even now, with AZ in the news, Pence supports China Biden.
Nancy was guilty of so much BEFORE the Jan 6 attack on freedom. I like thinking of her misery once she realized the FBI/CIA had her comms for that day. Normally she would have trounced anyone who told her not to talk - her own security guard was feared and she effectively ‘ran’ things until that day.
Agreed. There's a first time for EVERYTHING. People have GOT to break themselves of the habit of assuming that if something hasn't been done yet, it never can and never will be done. If humanity as a whole had adhered to that asinine mindset, we never would've gotten out of the caves.

Everyone has the right to ‘free speech’. No person has the right to take my or anybody else’s rights’ away for their own personal gain.
To taint the Law is Felony, up to and including TREASON. Only when ‘WE THE PEOPLE’ make OUR voice heard, will we effect change.
If someone is waiting for someone else to ‘fix’ things well... Hell might freeze over too.
