He WAS smiling and clapping his hands to the music, but then, he turned around to scan the crowd, and spoke to some staff people, and then started clapping along again, so I think you are right.

Took my kids down to the Capitol for Bush’s inauguration. Got off the subway and the first group we ran into was a bunch of bikers, some with punked out hair.
I thought “Oh Crap!” until they turned around and their jackets said “Biker For Bush”
In 88 was driving to DC on a Memorial Day weekend and at about 10 o’clock pulled into a gas station in Breezeway, PA. and bikers pulled in. My first “Oh Crap!”.
It was Rolling Thunder. They pumped my gas for me! Wonderful men.
