What part of the HIPAA law are they violating?
This is ridiculous, looks like they are free and clear to force vaccinations
Examples of organizations that do not have to follow the Privacy and Security Rules include:
Life insurers
Employers
Workers compensation carriers
Most schools and school districts
Many state agencies like child protective service agencies
Most law enforcement agencies
Many municipal offices
Those are just examples. So why even bother putting those laws in place and making us sign those forms every year.
