James Dell Talarico (born May 17, 1989) is an American politician and former teacher. He was elected to the Texas State House of Representatives in 2018 to represent District 52, which includes the cities of Round Rock, Taylor, Hutto, and Georgetown in Williamson County.[1] He is a member of the Democratic Party.

That used to be a somewhat conservative area. Too many libs moving in, I guess.
I remember Georgetown/Round Rock as being fairly conservative. Of course, this was years ago, when Georgetown was dry and we had to go to Round Rock to get beer, LOL!
Evidently the demographics have shifted. Why, I bet you can even buy beer in Georgetown now!
