Because the NYT is so honest and incorruptible they would never make this up for the sake of a competitor’s ad dollars. If people like the food, they will eat the food.
So if it is not tuna, what is in those large cans opened each day to make the tuna salad which goes into that delicious Tuna sandwich from Subway?... Of course it is TUNA.
They should post the test methods for verification. Any tuna sold to subway is going to be pasteurized and processed greatly to eliminate any harmful bacteria or natural parasites
does this change the tuna? What was the baseline for the supposed 5 species they tested?
