He also is letting the election audits play out so the enemy panics and their scheme is made public. With the AZ audit the enemy will think they know the game plan going forward and try to cover their tracks like the GA SoS have the fake ballots folded. These missteps will give more proof to the 2020 election fraud because IMO there is more to the fraud than just folding pristine ballots.
