I’ve scaled back my cooking for that very reason. I don’t mind cooking, I love eating but I always look at the clean-up and ask myself if it was worth it. Usually myself screams that NO IT WASN’T. Anything requiring more than one pot/pan or prep that makes a mess is now off my menu.
Well I’ve never been into cooking either, preferring baking, at least the mess is worth it as pastries etc. last well past the kitchen time.
I’m always up for trying frozen meals, most are truly bad but Aldies has frozen bacon wrapped scallops which are simply fabulous! when they have them I buy every box in the freezer! HAHAHA!
Your one pot/pan cooking is right up my aisle!
