It was on Q threads. He had all the laptop info, had seen it, etc. Chinese guy was, iirc, wealthy and strong anti-CCP and lived (on a yacht?) not in China.” I do believe that was the guy working with Bannon and Guiliani (and likely Trump/Q) against China. He represents The Federal Republic of China, which is the Communists opposite number. a reformation group, and an 'alternate government'. Sorta the opposite of Hillary/Obama. They got a flag and everything.
