I wish I knew someone in the D.C. area that could confirm but I don’t know anyone within a half day drive from there. son recently got back from a meeting Baltimore. He drove through DC in the middle of the afternoon and said the place was as empty as Richard Citizen says. He says he's never seen anything like it. The roads were practically empty, hardly anybody around, and about everything seemed closed up. The inhabited parts of the city did seem more normal.
