I think there’s only 1 or 2 companies in the world that can supply it

As I understand it, most of the drugs used in executions come from companies based in the E.U. The E.U. has banned capital punishment and has also banned the selling of the drugs to the states using them for executions.

Missouri has gotten around this by having a compounding pharmacist prepare the ‘cocktail’ for them. The antis challenged this in court, but I believe failed. They then demanded the identity of the pharmacist involved. I don’t know how that turned out.
