It’s not about your individual work ethic at Amazon.. What happens is if you’re a major producer they increase your quota/metrics accordingly and demand that you produce even more. And if you hit a plateau of maximum production then they’ll fire you for not increasing production at a steady rate.
The ironic thing is that you’re better off starting out as a slack ass who can show steady improvement over a period of time.
