I seem to remember President Trump talking about finding a way to get light into the body as one means of fighting covid. Did he know this research was already in progress? He was ridiculed and mocked mercilessly for those comments, and now a year or so later we learn that scientists have indeed found a way to release light into the body without invasive procedures.
I believe Ben Franklin was mocked and laughed at regarding his experiments with electricity and kites etc.
