So true. In US educators’ race to bring everything to the level of students, tiptoeing all around students’ deficiencies and differences.... that’s a great disservice and an insult to students.
Where is the challenge in going to a class that never asks you to see something different from yourself, or something above or outside yourself??
Students show up to class knowing about themselves... they shouldn’t leave there knowing nothing more than that!!
