Point me to one death that the FDA or CDC have attributed to one of the vaccines used in the US.

It is not the job of these gov't agencies to make attributions of death. That is left to the attending doctors and coroners. They make out the death certificates. Vaccine deaths are reported to the gov't via the VAERS system. It is a federal crime to make a knowingly false report to this system.

You claimed there were vaccine deaths but I haven't seen any reported.
