The DIA is worried that the CIA and FBI have been compromised by the Chinese government.
Indeed, but the question then becomes, what can and will the DIA do about it? Proof exists that the virus was deliberately released, but is that it? We all move on without some retaliation against China and their minions here in the U.S.?
