Notice the way they're worded. Very low IQ people couldn't find these apps on their own.

And your carrier will know exactly who, where and when it was sent.
You can hide it from the recipient, but you can’t hide it from the carrier (or the feds)

That’s easily trackable. Law enforcement would have the originating sender’s phone# / IP Address within 48 hours and sending a threatening SMS using that link would result in an arrest.
