His tactics are known to be effective in waging war, conducting business and trade, and in confrontational issues.
Sun Tzu once is reported to have said that the greatest success is not to wage physical war, but still attack your enemy,
and have them not realize they were under attack.
Such warfare might be considered with the covid virus ( a bio-weapon),
or, hypothetically, even a *vaxxine* which makes your opponent impotent and unable to reproduce.
