Is it possible that President Trump was treating it as a bioweapon when he was publicly downplaying it early on so as not to panic the public, but then Bob Woodward released tapes twisting it to appear like Trump wasn't taking it seriously?
Is it possible that the Democrats were playing politics with how President Trump was handling it in the beginning, no matter what he did?
