These cops don’t understand officer discretion or bother to think about the public blow back and ramifications of tasing someone, hogtie them and then caging them, over a vaping incident.
Then throw in the fact no one was harmed by the vapor in an outdoor beach type venue. Some cops just seem to want to piss lots of people off. You’d think in this era they’d do everything they could to avoid these types of events.
