Find yourself a good in person MD, Internal medicine. Get a full physical and ask questions.
Unless you know specific diagnosis, online anything is generally worthless unless educating yourself on the diagnosis. As you have no dx, I’d suggest steering clear. Sounds like a con.

Ditto that....get lipid panel..glucose...kidney function..PSA...vitamin D....and anything else doctor thinks significant.....good hunting.
I get a annual physical every 6 months to catch anything going out of tolerance.

For me, I suggest finding yourself a good in person doctor of osteopathic (DO) medicine specialized in internal medicine. For me, in my experience, DOs approach medicine differently that MDs, not saying MDs aren’t good, just I like DOs because in my experience, DOs conduct medicine as a system within systems approach.
