The powers that be in the media and government, not just in the US, are actively silencing even pro-vaccine doctors for voicing the slightest bit of concern with the protocols being issued by the CDC/NIH. As well as suppressing data about promising therapeutics and treatments that should complement the vaccination programs Deaths related to vaccine are actively being dismissed, while social media censors any debate over the matter. Vaccine mandates have become the norm for universities and numerous other places of employment.

As opposed to anti-vaxxers, who are actively destroying vaccines so that other people cannot obtain them, and trying to block other people from vaccinating their children. Anti-vaxxers would get a much better rep among conservatives at least if they didn't try to force their choices on other people.
