The hole in the heart was not caused y the vaccine. You are describing an ASD or a PFO, of which 2 - 5% of people have probe patent PFOs. That allows anything to cross from right to left circulation. He would have had these strokes regardless of vaccination status. There is NO report of vaccine dissolving tissue, that is one bridge too far.
I am sorry he has had stroke — but this is a relatively common problem and not related to the vaccine.
