Actually, I should have had 10 months before it took effect. I’m supposed to pay the rent at the dollar amount when I move into a place until my one year anniversary. THEN I pay the inflation price. Not here.
At least my health insurance finally came in, so I have no outstandingly high co-pays for anything. Open enrollment is a blessing! Let’s hope I get reimbursed, once I get the medical card.
I’d like to go back to bed but it’s too painful.

It’s supposed to be so “compassionate,” having the government “take care” of people, but instead, it’s a constant hassle. Bureaucracy has no motive to be decent to anyone. If individuals in the bureaucracy are decent, it’s because of their own character, not the system.
