I would suggest capybara.
Kitteh sez we’re to not watch while he stretches.
Good morning.
I seem to be having a slow start this morning for some reason.
The Pioneer breakfast is at 0800, I have a prescription to pick up at 0900 and DVDs to go back to the library at 1000. I have to change the sheets on the bed, and I don’t want to do any of it.
Unngh. :o|
Maybe you’re having a slow start because it is hot.
Try to enjoy the Pioneer Breakfast. You deserve it. The other stuff will still be open at 9:30 or 10:45!
I need to leave about 9:30 to get to the range at 10:00. Hopefully I won’t have to wait for the keys, like yesterday.
There’s a small group at the 10:50 session, so I told Mr. Dale that he can arrive 12:45-ish if he wants to spend the morning at home. He might decide to help at the gun ranges instead.
He’s best known as the fishing guy, but since they had to drain the lake, there was no fishing this summer. Day camp had some fishing-skills sessions.
I’ll leave the breakfast at 0930, if the crowds haven’t already thinned out. The big celebration in next weekend at the Stake Center, but I don’t have a folding chair and seating is extremely limited in the pavilion. It promises to be a good outing.
The earliest I can get my pills is 0900, but the earliest I can get to the library is 1000. Usually, when the two errands fall on the same day, I go to the pharmacy around 0945 and by the time they’re done in there, I’ll have time to drive to the library (1.5 miles) and wait a minute for them to open.
If I leave the breakfast around 0900, I’ll still have 45 minutes to kill. Which is why I’m dreading this whole morning. I hate having to come home and then leave again.
The bed has been changed except for the pillows, but the pain was just too much. So I fixed some tea and here I am.
I’m having trouble breathing this morning. David-the-smoker has been gone since yesterday, so I don’t have his smoke to deal with at the moment. My lungs just can’t handle his smoking. I feel the need of a nebulizer but I’m trying to muddle through until the move because I don’t want the expense of the co-pay on the machine or the meds.
Unnngh. At least you’ve got a break from the smoke!
Indeed! So I’ll count my blessings:
1. A free breakfast
2. A break to come home and take a pain pill.
3. Medication to help the nerves in my neck.
4. DVDs to “watch” while I’m doing other things.
5. Being able to start a letter when I finally get home!
1. Didn’t rain last night.
2. Job mostly in the shade.
3. James and his hair.
4. 10 lb. bag of ice.
5. Last day!
Every cloud has a silver lining! I think I like your blessings better than mine, but they will all change as the day progresses!
I need to finish the bed and then get myself ready. Unngh.
I need to make a sandwich and then put a bag of ice in the cooler.
If I don’t get back here before you leave, have a good day!
(If I could get a folding chair for next week, I could be leaving right about now, and come home when the heat gets too bad!) ;o]
nully *ducking* and running for cover...
Gaaaaaah!
Funny boy! LOL!
OK, kids, I’m outta here for a while!
People scheduled for 10:50 at the range haven’t turned up. James is shooting, and Vlad is napping.
A lady in a golf cart showed up and said she would drive Vlad and the water jug over to the pool, where there is an ice maker, and back.
I hope that ice maker is inside, otherwise, it’ll be prone to breaking down periodically!
The humidity is up here, but we feel the slightest rise, because it’s normally under 20%.
It’s in a closet of sorts.
I’m home, all is well. Byos come back tomorrow noonish.
I’m glad you’re back! When are you scheduled for camp again?
I hope it’s not for a few weeks!
See you in the AM. ;o]
