IMHO, That kind of speed on any public road is stupid - not just residential. I'm speaking as someone with a C5 Corvette and a 67 Jaguar XKE. If I want to go fast, I go to the track.
Just because he has a Spanish surname does not mean he is an illegal. It doesn’t even imply he is an immigrant. His first and middle names do not sound like those of someone born outside the US. The article says he was from Texas. The fact that he has a passport doesn’t mean he used it to get here. It can just as easily mean he travels from here to abroad. Homegrown Americans with Hispanic last names can be jackasses too.
