Not to stick up for her, but that's kinda how the energy industry gets their field workers. She's (supposedly) a recruiter, someone the guys call when they want to change companies, or get into the field, or when the big companies need more hands, they call her to rustle up some guys.

I have a friend who worked in the windfarm area for a few years, she knew some of these ladies. but the ladies didn't have time to live on tik tok!

So from what I've read here, I think she's full of bs, but she does know how it works. Maybe she worked in the field before she went batchit crazy?
