After the Ken Starr fiasco was over, a FReeper based in Connecticut, who was former military and is now deceased, took the train from New Haven to Washington to have lunch with Quidam. He reported back that Quidam was a real person who worked on Starr's investigation. Quidam was as shocked as we were that Starr had been bought and paid for, and that the investigation was a sham.

Quidam and Q are not related.

Searching within FR and outside FR yielded no info; I don’t know why the FR “users” search doesn’t work.
